WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON VALENTINE'S DAY?
DO YOU THINK THAT COUPLES SHOULD EXCHANGE GIFTS ON VALENTINE'S DAY?
I'm a big believer in giving gifts in general as a way to show love and kindness to people - including to ourselves. So whether you're single or in a relationship, Valentine's Day provides the perfect opportunity to treat yourself and others. PRESS create Pink Packs and are a brilliant way to add the colour of love to you and your partner's day as well as flooding your body with health-boosting enzymes and nutrients.
IN YOUR OPINION, WHAT'S THE WORST GIFT YOU CAN GIVE YOUR SIGNIFICANT OTHER?
This is such an interesting question. Can a gift ever be bad? Doesn't the word mean it's a treat? I mean, yes - if your partner gave you a domestic chore product like an iron or a saucepan as a supposed gift, it lacks romance! To me then, the 'worst' gift is the one given with zero thought - a hasty bunch of old flowers from the petrol station.
SHOULD COUPLES UP THE KINKINESS IN THE BEDROOM JUST BECAUSE IT'S VALENTINE'S DAY?
Some people find it hard talking out of the blue to their beloved about spicing things up in the bedroom, so Valentine's Day is a brilliant way to give yourself permission to have that conversation. The two of you could plan to discuss over supper, different roles you could play and then act out a sexual scenario. Or there are lots of new sex toys out, made of silicone so they're not abrasive to use, which you and your partner can experiment with and laugh about - after all, sex is meant to be fun.
WHAT SHOULD YOU DO IF YOU'RE SINGLE ON VALENTINE'S DAY?
The best thing to do if you’re single is to romance yourself. Send yourself flowers or buy that novel you’ve always wanted, to celebrate being so amazing and loveable. Book a treat, like a massage or facial. And if a few of you are single, plan to celebrate together by doing something fun in the evening.
