DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?


Due to the fresh nature of our products, we currently only ship within the UK. We also provide delivery services to Nothern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Channel Isles and Isle of Wight. Read more about our delivery services.

DO YOU HAVE A CLICK & COLLECT SERVICE?


We currently cannot offer our chilled items for Click and Collect, but you are welcome to purchase these items separately in our stores.

CAN I CHOOSE A SPECIFIC TIME FOR MY DELIVERY?


We currently provide the following shipping options within the UK:

STANDARD DELIVERY (TUES-SAT) - DELIVERED ANYTIME BETWEEN 9AM - 6PM
MORNING DELIVERY (TUES-FRI) - DELIVERED BETWEEN 9AM - 12PM
SAME DAY (MON-FRI) ORDER BY 12PM, DELIVERY BY 7PM LONDON ONLY

It is not possible to specify an exact delivery time within these time slots. However, our courier DPD offer a delivery service whereby they inform customers of a one-hour delivery window notified by SMS and/or email. You can watch the progress of your delivery driver on a real-time map. If your plans change and you're not able to sign for your order, you can opt to deliver to a neighbour, have the parcel delivered to a safe place or collect your parcel from a local pickup shop. Please note, for fresh product deliveries, it is recommended that the package is delivered to an address where it can be received, products held in postal depots cannot be guaranteed to be refrigerated whilst being held.

DO YOU DELIVER ON MONDAY?


We currently offer same day delivery on Monday in London only. Orders need to be placed by 12pm on a Monday. If you plan to start your cleanse on a Monday, we suggest having your order delivered the Friday or Saturday prior. 

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?


It is possible to change your delivery address and delivery date up to one working day prior to your original date by contacting us by email or telephone. Any changes requested after this deadline cannot be accommodated.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE DELIVERY?


It is possible to cancel your order by emailing us at concierge@press-london.com. A written confirmation of cancellation must be received at least two working days prior to the date of delivery. Due to the nature of our business, we cannot offer refunds or credits for cancellations after this time.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED?


You can keep an eye on your delivery by tracking your order in your order history. If your timeslot has come and gone, you can contact us at 0203 621 8866.

WHAT DO I DO IF PART OF MY ORDER IS MISSING OR I RECEIVE DAMAGED GOODS?


We kindly ask that you inspect your package as soon as it is delivered. If there are any faults or missing items, you must inform us by email using the contact details on our website. If you do not let us know by email within 3 hours of delivery, we reserve the right not to refund or replace your purchase. Due to the perishable nature of our juices and soups, there is no right to cancel and request a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

HOW DOES THE CLEANSE PROGRAM WORK?


You are able to select a 1, 2, 3 or 5 day cleanse program. Each PRESS cleanse has been approved by our in-house nutritionist and has been individually formulated to rest, rejuvenate and re-energise your body. Read more about the Cleanse Program.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY CLEANSE GUIDE


If for some reason, you have not received a cleanse guide with your order, you can find a digital copy of the guide in your order confirmation email. 

HOW LONG DO THE JUICES LAST?


Our juices will have a minimum of 7 days of shelf life when they reach you. Soups and Nut M•lks will have a minimum of 5 days. Remember to keep refrigerated and refer to the expiration date on each bottle.

WHY DOES THE JUICE LOOK DIFFERENT?


We use the highest quality premium fruit and vegetables (yes, that includes the wonky ones) and some variations may occur as with any fresh produce based on seasonality. Natural settling and separation will occur as PRESS uses no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives, or other ingredients that can prevent the settling process. Be sure to give your juice a good shake before drinking! Juices that contain ginger may have white specks in the bottom of the juice bottle because of its density, don't worry as this is just ginger sediment.
