When can you deliver my cleanse/juice order? 

London deliveries occur after 6pm on Sunday-Friday evenings
Out of London deliveries occur Tuesday-Friday before 12pm.

Is there anything I can do to prepare before I cleanse?

Start to cut out all diuretic stimulants and dehydrating foods and beverages, such as tea, coffee, soft drinks and alcohol. Replace these with herbal teas and water. Reduce your intake of refined sugar, dairy, wheat and red meat whilst increasing your intake of fresh vegetables, salads, fruits, wholegrain and pulses.

When can I start my cleanse?

To ensure we get you the freshest and tastiest juices we need at least 48hours notice before your chosen delivery date.

How long do I have to enjoy your juice? 

We never pasteurise or add anything to our juices, so our juices are best enjoyed within 4 days of being pressed. Please note that our Greenhouse 2 and Orchard 3 juices can only be enjoyed for 3 days after production

What if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding? 

Our cleanses are not advised for those who are pregnant, breastfeeding or on medication. Please seek medical advice before starting a cleanse if you have a medical condition.

Can I exercise whilst cleansing? 

Some gentle exercise will increase circulation and will aid in detoxifying the body. A gentle walk, some low-key yoga or a relaxing bike ride; whatever takes your fancy- but don't overdo it!

How will I feel during my cleanse?

The cleansing process is a very personal experience, some people will find themselves more energised and focussed than normal, others might experience fatigue or occasionally headaches. However don't be scared, this is just the body ridding itself of toxins and starting anew. Just remember to drink plenty of water throughout the cleanse.

What can I do to maintain my reset body and mind post-cleanse? 

The idea of a cleanse is to break old bad habits and to start new good habits. You should feel a reduced craving for fatty, sugary and other processed foods. Try to incorporate a green juice into your daily routine, whilst forgoing alcoholic drinks for at least 72 hours once you have completed your cleanse. The more gently you re-introduce food into your diet, the better you will feel.

Can I go to work and cleanse? 

Yes. Our cleanses provide enough calories and nourishment to keep your body and mind functioning. You will most likely find that you have lots of energy and brain power while cleansing, with less of a focus on where your next caffeine hit is coming from.

Will I lose weight during my cleanse? 

At PRESS we try not to focus on weight loss as a goal during a cleanse. Think of it as a full body reset, prompting your body to re-balance itself and kicking off a springboard for a more balanced lifestyle. Most people do tend to lose an average of 4lbs during a cleanse, but all of our bodies are different so trust yours to know what to do.

Is there anything else I can do to aid the cleanse process? 

Body brushing with exfoliators or scrub brushes will aid the cleanse process, the skin is the body's largest organ of detoxification so brush all over using circular motions. Repeat this process twice a day if possible. Light exercise as above will also aid in the cleansing process.

Can I add extra drinks to my cleanse programme? 

Whilst cleansing we recommend drinking plenty of water throughout the day. Caffeine-free herbal teas are also a great addition.

How often should I cleanse?

There is not a set schedule to which any one person should stick to when it comes to cleansing. Many people like to cleanse when the excesses of life are catching up with them and they are starting to feel a strain. This can mean anything from a 1 day cleanse each week, to a 3 day cleanse every three to six months.
