You will receive 8 cold-pressed juices to consume each day, these super tasty juices are packed with up to half a kilo of fruits and vegetables and they will replace your solid foods during the duration of your cleanse. You can choose from 1 day cleanse up to a 7 day cleanse and a guide is included in your delivery with tips to help support you during your programme and a suggested schedule on when to consume each juice.
How long can I do a juice cleanse for?
The duration depends on individual goals, health conditions, and experience with cleansing. For first timers we would recommend a 3 Day Beginner Juice Cleanse, as it is perfect for a beginner who is looking to break bad habits and kick start a healthy lifestyle. It’s important to consult with a healthcare provider before starting a cleanse longer than a few days.
