    September Juice Cleanse Promotion

    Totally Well Vouchers

     1) When am I charged for the 3:4 and 30 Day Challenge?

    You will be charged the full amount for the challenge when you first place your order.

    2) Can I pause or cancel?

    Yes you can pause your delivery. You will need to tell us 48 hours before delivery is due if you need any changes made. After that time, other charges may apply.

    If you decide not to continue with your challenge, you will need to contact a member of the customer services team before your order is dispatched. You will need to contact them before 8am the day prior to delivery, and a £20 cancellation fee will apply.

    3) When will my delivery arrive?

    3:4 Cleanse Challenge: Your delivery will arrive at a weekly frequency. You choose the first day of delivery when your order is processed at the checkout. Your subsequent deliveries will be made on that same day, every week.

    30 Day Juice Challenge: Your challenge will arrive in two deliveries. You choose the first day of delivery when your order is processed at the checkout. Your second delivery will arrive on that same day, two weeks later. For example if delivery is due Friday 6th January, your subsequent delivery will be made on Friday 20th January.

    4) What do I do if I am not home for my delivery or I miss it?

    We require you to be home for delivery, or to contact DPD directly to confirm a neighbour or safe place to leave your parcel. Products are sent in temperature safe packaging and will be safe to consume within a 48 hour window from leaving our warehouse.

    10% first time discounts can be redeemed against all products on the website, including subscriptions, on first order only unless otherwise stated. Please note that this 10% will only be redeemed against the first charge of your subscription, after which the price will revert to the displayed website price.

    20% referral codes can be redeemed against all products on our website, including subscriptions. Please note that this 20% will only be redeemed against the first charge of your subscription, after which the price will revert to the displayed website price. To redeem your code on a Meal Detox plan, please contact our Customer Experience Team. 


    Refund, Return and Cancellation Policies

    Subscription & Detox Plan Products

    By entering into these Terms you acknowledge that there is no automatic right to a refund where you wish to cancel your subscription for the services.

    If you wish to cancel your subscription all requests must be sent by email to hello@press-healthfoods.com. Cancellation requests cannot be accepted if received after 8am the day prior to the delivery date of your order. For example, if your order is due on Thursday, we would require notice to cancel no later than 8am on Wednesday.

    Our subscription service requires a minimum of 2 deliveries before a free cancellation can be submitted. If you wish to cancel before your second delivery, a £20 cancellation fee will apply.


    Amendments to Orders and Pricing

    All prices shown include VAT (where applicable) at the current prices. With the nature of fresh produce and seasonal price fluctuations, currency fluctuations and fuel prices, changes are frequent and unpredictable therefore we may have to adjust our pricing to reflect cost changes on our operations side. PRESS will contact you regarding the substitution of any out of stock products where applicable.

    If ‘accept-substitution’ is selected at checkout, you will not be automatically contacted and appropriate substitutions will be made on your behalf.

    All amendments to placed orders must be completed by 12.00pm the working day before the delivery day.

    Standard Delivery is FREE over £45 (Monday - Sunday), for orders below £45 there is a £5.95 shipping fee.

    Morning Delivery (Monday - Friday only) is £7.95 regardless of order total.

    Please see Delivery for full details of the delivery service that we provide. We endeavour to provide a delivery service to the whole of the UK, but there may be some exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

    Please note that our chosen carrier is DPD; any locations affected by adverse or severe weather may experience delays of up to 24 hours for delivery.

    All juice orders will be delivered chilled and must be refrigerated upon arrival. Please ensure all contact details are correct to ensure delivery updates are received. Should the first delivery attempt not be received please contact us as soon as possible so we can establish a resolution or provide further details.

    It is your responsibility to be available at the location and time of delivery. If unavailable, please contact DPD directly to advise of a safe place or neighbour to leave your order with. Alternatively, you can arrange delivery for the following day via the DPD app.

    Your juices will be sent back to us if no one is available to accept delivery; if this occurs please contact the Customer Experience Team as soon as possible.

    All of our products have been subject to rigorous temperature trials and are perfectly safe to be left unrefrigerated for 48 hours. If your juice feels warm on arrival we recommend popping them straight into the fridge to chill them back down before consumption. This will ensure they taste their very best.

    Should a delivery not make it within 24 hours of dispatch, the juices will still be safe to drink if on receipt the packaging is unopened.

    Please be aware that your order may arrive in more than one delivery.

    If we are unable to deliver to you, or have to deliver late, for reasons beyond our control, for example adverse weather conditions, supplier failure, courier service disruptions / strikes, vehicle breakdown, traffic, we cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or loss this causes. We will not charge you for products that we have not delivered in accordance with these terms and conditions.

    You are responsible to inspect your delivery when you receive it. If there are any defects, you may notify us using the contact details on our website. If you do not let us know within 24 hours of delivery, we reserve the right not to refund or replace your purchase.

    We do not accept returns on any of our chilled products.



    We strongly recommend that you should seek medical advice before starting any nutritional program to determine health risks and suitability. PRESS Cleanses may not be suitable for everyone, so please check your GP before undertaking a program. PRESS Cleanses are also not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women without medical supervision. If you are taking specific medication or have a medical condition please check with your doctor first.

    PRESS Healthfoods does not aim, nor claim, to cure, diagnose or treat any illness. While the website and other information that we may send provides general information on health and nutrition this does not in any way constitute medical advice and is not tailored to your specific requirements.

    Our products have been treated with High Pressure Processing (HPP) to inhibit bacteria growth in raw foods and beverages and make them safer to drink. The juice, which is already bottled when it undergoes HPP, does not come in actual contact with pressure. Although HPP gives raw foods a shelf life of only a couple of weeks, it is widely regarded as superior to pasteurisation in maintaining nutrition and flavours from raw ingredients.
