Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, and cannot be applied retrospectively. PRESS reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or extend any promotion at any time without prior notice. For more information, please contact our Customer Experience Team.

Summer Sale

Use code SUMMERGLOW25 at checkout to receive 25% off orders with a minimum spend of £85 (before delivery charges).

  • The offer is valid from 00:01 on 25 May 2026 until 23:59 on 29 May 2026 (BST). Orders placed outside this window are not eligible.

First Order Discount

10% off your first purchase — use your unique code at checkout. Valid sitewide and on subscription products (first charge only). £85 minimum spend required. The 10% discount applies only to the first charge of a subscription; subsequent charges revert to the standard website price. Cannot be combined with other offers.

Second Order Discount

20% off your second order with a minimum spend of £85. Applicable to full-priced items only. The second order must be placed using the same email address as the first; the discount will not apply if a different email address is used.

Where applied to a subscription, the 20% discount applies to the first charge only; subsequent charges revert to the standard subscription price. Cannot be used on already-discounted products, including Fab in 4 and Transform in 2. Non-transferable and has no cash value.

Refer a Friend — £20 for you, £20 for them

Refer a friend through our loyalty programme and you'll both get £20 off your next order. For the referral to be successful, your friend must place an order of at least £50. 

Referral codes can be used on all products, including subscriptions. For subscriptions, the £20 discount applies only to the first charge; subsequent charges revert to the standard website price. To redeem your code on a Meal Detox plan, please contact our Customer Experience Team.

For points to be applied, the referred friend must use your referral discount. This cannot be combined with any other discount.

Endurance Zone

15% off sitewide with a £70 minimum spend. Code must be added at checkout to be redeemed. One-time purchases only — not applicable to subscription products. Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.

Totally Well Vouchers

Totally Well Vouchers can be redeemed sitewide, one voucher per transaction only. PRESS reserves the right to cancel, deny, or amend gift vouchers at any time. For information on purchases, expiry dates, and further terms, please contact Totally Well.

Challenges & Subscriptions

3 in 4 Cleanse Challenge and 30 Day Juice Challenge

When am I charged? You will be charged the full amount for the challenge when you first place your order.

Can I pause or cancel? Yes, you can pause your delivery. You must notify us at least two working days before the delivery date if any changes are required. Business hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm; requests made outside these hours may incur additional charges.

If you decide not to continue with your challenge, you must contact our Customer Experience Team before your order is dispatched. Notice must be given no later than 5pm two working days before your delivery date. A £20 cancellation fee will apply.

When will my delivery arrive? For the 3 in 4 Cleanse Challenge, deliveries arrive weekly on the day you select at checkout. For the 30 Day Juice Challenge, your order arrives in two deliveries: the first on the day you select at checkout, and the second on the same day two weeks later.

What if I'm not home for my delivery? We require you to be home for delivery, or to contact our courier directly to confirm a neighbour or safe place to leave your parcel. Products are sent in temperature-safe packaging and remain safe to consume within 48 hours of leaving our warehouse.

Subscription Cancellations

By entering into these Terms you acknowledge that there is no automatic right to a refund where you wish to cancel your subscription.

All cancellation requests must be sent by email to hello@press-london.com. We are unable to process cancellation requests submitted less than two working days before your delivery date. For example, if your order is due on Thursday, we require notice no later than 5pm on Tuesday.

Our subscription service requires a minimum of two deliveries before a free cancellation can be submitted. If you wish to cancel before your second delivery, a £20 cancellation fee will apply.

Amendments to Orders

All amendments to placed orders must be made no later than 5pm two working days before the delivery date. For example, if your order is due on Thursday, we require notice no later than 5pm on Tuesday.

If a swap is required due to an allergy, intolerance, or preference, please contact our Customer Experience Team at hello@press-london.com before placing your order. We will then create the order manually and send an invoice. For first orders, please provide your full name, email, phone number, shipping address, and delivery date. Our team is happy to recommend suitable swaps.

If an email is sent after the order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate the request.

Pricing

All prices shown include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. Given the nature of fresh produce and fluctuations in ingredient, currency, and fuel costs, prices may change without notice.

PRESS will contact you regarding the substitution of any out-of-stock products where applicable. For allergy- or intolerance-related swaps, please email hello@press-london.com before placing your order.

Delivery

Standard Delivery (Monday–Sunday) is free on orders over £50; orders below £50 incur a £6.95 shipping fee. Morning Delivery (Monday–Friday only) is £8.95 regardless of order total.

Our chosen carrier is DHL. Locations affected by adverse or severe weather may experience delays of up to 24 hours.

All juice orders are delivered chilled and must be refrigerated upon arrival. Please ensure your contact details are correct so that you receive delivery updates.

It is your responsibility to be available at the time and location of delivery. If you are unavailable, please contact DHL directly to nominate a safe place or neighbour, or arrange next-day delivery via the DHL app. If no one is available to accept delivery, your juices will be returned to us; please contact our Customer Experience Team as soon as possible if this happens.

Our products have undergone rigorous temperature trials and are safe to be left unrefrigerated for up to 48 hours. If your juice feels warm on arrival, place it in the fridge to chill before consumption. Deliveries that arrive within 24 hours of dispatch remain safe to drink provided the packaging is unopened.

Please note that your order may arrive in more than one delivery.

If we are unable to deliver, or have to deliver late, for reasons beyond our control (such as adverse weather, supplier failure, courier disruption or strikes, vehicle breakdown, or traffic), we cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or loss caused. You will not be charged for products that we have not delivered in accordance with these terms.

Please inspect your delivery on receipt. If there are any defects, contact us using the details on our website within 24 hours of delivery; otherwise we reserve the right not to refund or replace your purchase. We do not accept returns on any of our chilled products.

We strongly recommend that you seek medical advice before starting any nutritional programme to determine health risks and suitability. PRESS Cleanses may not be suitable for everyone — please consult your GP before undertaking a programme. PRESS Cleanses are not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women without medical supervision. If you are taking specific medication or have a medical condition, please check with your doctor first.

Our products are treated with High Pressure Processing (HPP) to inhibit bacteria growth in raw foods and beverages, making them safer to drink. The juice is bottled before undergoing HPP. HPP gives raw foods a shelf life of around two weeks and is widely regarded as superior to pasteurisation for maintaining the nutrition and flavour of raw ingredients.
