February might be grey, but we’re cranking up the energy at Green Club
with an afternoon of sweat and deep restoration.

First up: a high-energy 45-minute spin class at Boom Cycle, guaranteed to get your
heart racing and your endorphins flowing. After the ride, it’s time to unwind with a
60-minute lymphatic drainage workshop led by Carli Wheatley.
Learn self-massage, breathwork, and movement techniques to reduce bloating, boost circulation, and leave you feeling refreshed from the inside out.

The perfect mix of high intensity and deep recovery - you’ll walk away feeling strong,

Then, shift gears into an inspiring vision boarding and goal-setting session led by Molly Gardner, where you’ll map out your 2025 goals and bring your intentions to life on a visual board.

Take a deep breath and reset with a grounding yoga flow and transformative breathwork session, led by our incredible ambassador and yoga teacher Emily Lisanti, alongside breathwork expert Naomi Buff. This session is designed to help you release tension, find balance, and connect with yourself.

Strength & Immunity

Join us for an afternoon of sweat, strength, and immunity-building tips at SoulCycle Notting Hill! Start your day with a heart-pumping SoulCycle class that will challenge you physically and mentally. After the ride, our founder Ed will sit down with nutritionist Marilia Chamon for a deep dive into how to fuel your body for strength and support your immune system with the right nutrition. It’s the perfect combo of fitness and expert guidance.

Gut Health Workshop

Ready to sweat, stretch, and get your gut in check? Join us for a Green Club event designed to nourish your body inside and out. Start with a high-energy Barrecore class, combining strength, flexibility, and mindfulness to get your blood pumping. Then, we’ll dive into gut health with the brilliant Liberty Mills, who’ll share her expert tips on supporting your digestion and improving overall wellness.
