What is Freshcook™
Our unique technology is an innovative cooking and sealing method that locks in freshness, flavour, and nutrition. Meals are gently steam-cooked in their packaging, then sealed to stay fresh for weeks without preservatives. It means you get a freshly cooked meal with all the taste and nutrients, ready to heat and enjoy in minutes.
How long do the meals last?
Expect a minimum 7-day shelf life for all meals in your fridge.
I have an allergy, can I change the bundle meals?
Our plans contain gluten and nuts. Please reach out to our customer services team if you wish to discuss your options and if we can make suitable substitutes. Contact us here.
How do I cook the meals?
All our meals are microwavable. Simply heat them in your microwave for 3 minutes. The meal will start to whistle thanks to the vacuum technology, indicating it's ready to enjoy.
Can I freeze the meals?
Freezing the meals is not recommended as it can impact the flavor and texture. Our fresh cook technology ensures ample shelf-life for you to enjoy the meals without freezing.
