It is safe to say that life is far from normal right now and it can be hard to find the positives sometimes when Coronavirus has taken so many from us. However, practicing gratitude is an easy and small little activity that you can incorporate into your day to try and see the light at the end of the tunnel and appreciate what you have now in this present moment.
