With over a decade of experience and an infectious passion for holistic health, Naomi offers holistic coaching and workshops that integrate mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual healing to support people on their health and healing journey.
With these new wellness methods becoming increasingly popular, we're so excited to dive deeper into these topics and explore them more with Naomi.

What's your morning routine?

6am wake up, bulletproof coffee, journalling, tarot cards, 30 minutes transcendental meditation, cold shower, followed by exercise. 

What's a habit you'd like to start?

Less screen time, especially in the evening 

A health myth you’d love to bust?

That we need to eat 3 meals a day

Your top healthy tip for anyone?

top making excuses and just start.  Stop putting it off and just start. Stop waiting for the perfect moment and just start.  Stop setting big unachievable goals and just start!
