'Look Good Naked Tip' Revealed! Hot Shots with Max Evans

Hot Shots is the video series where PRESS co-founder Ed Foy interviews 'Hot Shots' from the health and wellness industry. Each guest is asked 12 questions and before answering, they must take a shot of a superfood - think garlic cloves, spicy chillies, olive oil, apple cider vinegar and PRESS Ginger 'Fireball' Immunity Shots.

It's like a game of truth or dare for millennials...

Best known for appearing on Dancing On Ice 2018, former Scottish Rugby International Max Evans played professionally for the Glasgow Warriors, and the highlight of his career was playing alongside his brother Thom Evans for Scotland. Max earned 44 caps for Scotland and went on to play club rugby in France for Castres Olympique, winning the Top 14 (French league) in 2013.

I was born in England, have a South African Mother, a Northern English Father and a Scottish Grandad, who provided my eligibility to represent Scotland on the rugby field. My Parents have lived in Portugal since I was 2 and that's what I call home. I have one incredibly talented Brother, Thom, a gorgeous girlfriend, Lauren, and we all live together in Weybridge.

Max's tells us that his life philosophies are that laughter is the key to happiness, all that matters is how you see yourself, and that you are never too important to be nice to people! Max and Ed Foy, co-founder of PRESS, went to school together and are still very close friends.

What's next for you?

"My dream is to create a sports or wellness brand. I've also become obsessed with Padel Tennis and am exploring the possibility of starting a Padel Tennis brand to help grow the game. If anyone wants a Padel Court built, let me know ;)."
