London's Most Instagrammable Restaurants

Do the dishes match the decor? London is home to some of the finest #FoodPorn destinations here's where to go... #DoItForTheGram

Each year, London hits the top 5 most Instagrammed capital city in the world. With attractions such as Big Ben, Tower Bridge, and street art in Shoreditch ranked highly, even amongst that, no-one can say they haven't seen a photo of the egg toilets at Sketch... right? From that, we've seen a rise in 'grammable' locations, with many restaurants going beyond simple snapshots of food to cleverly turning their decor to Insta-worthy backdrops.

With Instagram taking over from TripAdvisor for restaurant reviews (worries about the prominence of fake reviews), people trust pictures and would rather see inside the restaurant - thanks to the "geotag" function.

If you live for the gram, here's a list of our favourite hot spots so get yourself down for that pic of the day:

The Dalloway Terrace London

Candlelit and romantic, this beautiful spot is tucked away in the Bloomsbury Hotel. Walking in, you feel as though you have stepped into a Winter Wonderland, with its frosted branches and pine cones hanging from the walls. At every table, there is a blanket and you can ask for a hot water bottle. It's a charming and wonderfully pretty restaurant with equally wonderful food. The cocktails are definitely a highlight, with the Mrs Dalloway being their signature, and definitely one we would recommend. If that isn’t enough to tempt you, the mini chocolate fondue is to die for...

The Landmark London – The Winter Garden Restaurant

Situated in the heart of the five-star hotel, this airy, bright restaurant is perfect for the gram. Beautifully lit, it is stunning both day and night. It's set under an eight-storey glass roof atrium, complete with palm trees and other plants scattered throughout the restaurant. From an all you can eat breakfast buffet to fine dining, they have it all. The food is incredible, and their afternoon tea is award-winning. At night, it has a beautiful romantic atmosphere with the perfect tinkling of piano in the distance, and more importantly, will definitely up your insta game.

Palm Vaults

With its pastel pink and mint green interiors, it's a #InstaDream in Hackney. Not only are the armchairs pink, but they also serve the most incredible pastel pink lattes. #AllPinkEverything. Multi-coloured smoothie bowls sprinkled with flower garnishes and candy floss is something you can expect from the menu - It's the definition of #FoodPorn. There's nothing else like it - this is one of London's most Instagrammed veggie spots.

Clerkenwell Grind

Any of the 9 Grind locations are a must-go but they don't all serve food so for this, we recommend Clerkenwell Grind. The brunch menu is everything you could want from smashed avo and poached eggs to sweet potato harissa, chorizo and smoked cheese croquettes. A big thing at Grind is bottomless brunch and at just £13, why not? Not only is this a very trendy brunch spot with a few neon signs that you'll have to snap, downstairs you'll find a club, which serves equally grammable cocktails into the early hours of the morning.

Elan Café

Ok, it's not technically a restaurant but as this one has been popping up all over Instagram, it deserves a mention. This place is heaven. There are flowers everywhere! This is the most Insta-worthy cafe we've ever seen, EVER! There is a rose covered wall... enough said. Aside from that, it's also a kingdom of the most insane looking pastries and cakes - distinctive and impulsive. It's almost too beautiful to eat... almost. They serve an all-day breakfast and brunch menu and are located on Brompton Road, Park Lane and as of recently, Oxford Circus!

Feya

The photo says it all really. Feya is an oasis of calm with an abundance of healthy foods on offer, it's the perfect escape venue. Superfood beetroot and turmeric lattes are amongst the delicious creations in the store, and we promise they taste delicious! Marble table tops, pastel colours and a cherry blossom tree covering the ceiling are just a few features that will be in your Insta snap. We recommend trying the Happiness Pancakes - Whipped Cream Flowers, Pitaya Powder, Peanut Butter, Maple Syrup Drizzle, Blueberries, Banana Coins. #Yaaaass!

Have we missed anywhere? Leave a comment below with where you think is equally (if not more) grammable than any of the above!
