When will my plan be delivered each week? 

Your plan will be delivered on the same day of the week you selected at checkout. You'll typically be charged 3 days prior to your delivery day. If your order has been charged and you wish to make any changes (such as to the contents or delivery address), we require at least 48 hours notice before the scheduled delivery date. For example, if your order is due on a Friday, any changes must be made by 5:00 PM on the preceding Wednesday. Please contact our Customer Experience Team if you need assistance. 

How long will the products last? 

The minimum shelf life for our products is 7 days from the day of delivery. However, we are often able to offer a longer shelf life than this.

How can I cancel my meal plan?

You can cancel your nutrition plan at any time. You can do this either through your customer portal or by contacting our Customer Experience Team. 

Can I pause/skip weeks if I’m away?

Yes, you can pause or skip weeks as needed. You can manage this by logging into your account or by reaching out to our Customer Experience Team. Please note that any changes must be made at least 48 hours before your delivery is due. 

Are the meal plans suitable for specific diets (vegan, gluten-free, etc.)? 

To make our plans as widely available as possible, we aim to have suitable options for the majority of different dietary requirements, allergies, and intolerances. All ingredients are listed on the individual product pages. If you have specific questions or concerns, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team athello@press-london.comand they will be happy to discuss the available options. 

Can I customise or swap the meals in my plan?

Yes! All the meals and products in your plan can be fully customised to suit your tastes or dietary requirements. Simply select the meal you wish to change (for example, 'Change Lunch'), and make your amendments.
