What is a soup cleanse?
A soup cleanse is a type of diet that involves consuming only fruit and vegetable juices alongside plant-based soups for a specific period. The goal is to detoxify the body, improve digestion, and potentially lose weight.
How does a soup cleanse work?
You will receive 5 cold-pressed juices and 2 high-protein soups to consume each day, these are super tasty and packed with up to half a kilo of fruits and vegetables and they will replace your solid foods during the duration of your cleanse. You can choose from 1 day cleanse up to a 5 day cleanse and a guide is included in your delivery with tips to help support you during your programme and a suggested schedule on when to consume each juice and soup.
How long can I do a soup cleanse for?
The duration depends on individual goals, health conditions, and experience with cleansing. For first timers we would recommend a 3 Day Beginner Soup Cleanse, it is perfect for a beginner who is looking to break bad habits and kick start a healthy lifestyle. It’s important to consult with a healthcare provider before starting a cleanse longer than a few days.
