Intention setting is all about mindfully checking in with yourself at the beginning of the day to consider what you need right now. What is best for you today to help you feel and be your best self? Setting your micro goals and habits with a daily intention practice reminds you to live your life to the fullest and puts the focus right at the beginning of the day on ensuring you do something for yourself that day to help you create a healthier, happier, more fulfilled life. If you keep this up daily, day by day, one small step at a time you will make self-care a daily habit.
