Our original Diet Plan… During the 4 weeks, expect to lose up to 6kg, break bad habits and experience how great a plant-based diet can be! All of our diet plans are designed by our in-house nutritionist, Lily Soutter, and are available in different calorie levels depending on your size and activity level. Our plans run Monday - Friday, leaving you the weekends off.
