We currently provide the following shipping options within the UK:
STANDARD* Tues-Sat, Daytime Anytime : £10 (FREE on orders over £50)
MORNING** Tues-Fri (Pre 12 pm) : £15
SAME DAY LONDON ONLY Mon-Fri (Order by 12 pm, delivery by 7 pm) : £30

3. Select your delivery date from the calendar and checkout!
We also provide delivery services to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Channel Isles, and Isle of Wight at a surcharge of £30. Please contact us to put these orders through for you.
* It is not possible to specify an exact delivery time on STANDARD. You will a receive a text from our carrier with a timeslot on the day of delivery. If you would like a guaranteed morning delivery or to receive same day delivery, additional charges will apply for upgrading the service. P
**Please note if you select MORNING delivery and you are doing a 2 week + plan the charge is only for the first weeks delivery, if you would like to upgrade each week please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note: The date chosen on the calendar is the date for delivery. For customers purchasing a Cleanse Program, we recommend receiving your delivery the day before the intended start date of your cleanse. This will ensure that you are able to start at your desired time.
When your order is completed you will be sent a confirmation with the delivery date and tracking information.
We endeavour to provide a delivery service to the whole of the UK (England, Scotland and Wales excluding Scottish Highlands and Islands) but there may be some instances where we will inform you if there are any additional charges or timing limitations associated with your selected postcode.
Receipt of Delivery
All orders will be delivered chilled to the address as stated at check-out when you make your purchase and must be refrigerated upon arrival.
Please understand that our drivers are advised to never leave juice unattended. We will attempt to contact you on the telephone number you provided and it is your responsibility to ensure you are available at this number. Your juices will be sent back to us if no one can sign for delivery and re-delivery will be done at the customer's expense.
Once we make delivery PRESS cannot be held responsible for your juices left to spoil or be stolen. It is recommended that the package is delivered to an address where it can be received and signed for, products held in postal depots cannot be guranteed to be refrigerated whilst being held.
You are responsible to inspect your delivery when you receive it. If there are any defects, you may notify us by calling or emailing us using the contact details on our website. If you do not let us know within 3 hours of delivery, we reserve the right not to refund or replace your purchase.
We want you to be happy. If for any reason we deliver a service or product that has not met your expectations, please contact us and we will be happy to investigate the situation further and resolve any issues.
For Ambient Items (Non-Chilled Products) items must be returned in saleable condition: unopened with all packaging/hygiene seals intact. Items must be returned to us within fourteen days of your receipt.
If your order has qualified for a free gift, the gift must also be returned before your refund or replacement can be processed.
Please be aware that due to EU hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in non-saleable condition.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item if it is not faulty.
