Welcome to our new series 'Male Tales', where we discuss male mental health and the stigma attached to men talking about their feelings. 

 

In this episode, I sat down with Tom Lindsay, ex England rugby player, to discuss his recent retirement from rugby and the mental health challenges he faced throughout his career. Tom speaks openly about his experience with binge eating, anxiety and suicidal thoughts, and how his mental health manifested on and off the rugby pitch.
