PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) is a health issue that affects 1 in 10 females in the UK. The issue with the diagnosis of PCOS is that health professionals are still not fully sure of the condition and that's why there is no cure. This can be really frustrating and confusing. We spoke to Emma Campbell, who speaks more about her journey with PCOS and the myths around PCOS, including infertility and weight gain.
You may have been told to cut the carbs (like me!) when you were diagnosed with PCOS, this is not only incorrect but could potentially backfire as women with PCOS commonly report carbohydrate cravings.
